Johann Gutenberg TBI Library is the 30th library established by the Taman Baca Inovator (TBI) Foundation. TBI Johann Gutenberg is located in Situmeang Habinsaran Village, Sipoholon District, North Tapanuli Regency. TBI Johann Gutenberg was established to reach children in Situmeang Habinsaran Village who had difficulty accessing quality reading books.

The Situmeang Habinsaran Village where the Johann Gutenberg TBI library is located is beautiful and the air is still fresh and cool. Along the way to the village, the scenery is decorated with rice fields and coffee plants. Therefore, it is no surprise that most of the villagers work as farmers, even though a small proportion of the population work in factories and as civil servants. Accordingly, many children in Sipoholon Elementary School spend their time in the rice field to help their parents after school. Since its establishment, Johann Gutenberg TBI library has become a positive option for the children of Situmeang Habinsaran Village to spend their time after returning home from school.

The Johann Gutenberg TBI library is located in the library of the Sipoholon Elementary School and managed by a staff member, Pak Tomuang Habinsaran. The TBI library is open from 09.00 to 15.00, or even later, depending on the children who visit the TBI library. Many children visit the library to read, do their assignments, and have discussions under Pak Tomuang supervision and guidance. Before school starts or during recess, the children usually visit the library and read books. In addition, the TBI also provides creative, reading and writing classes that can enhance their personal capabilities and confidence.
